Escaping the rut …
A day of fun in the sun
makes a happy heart …

We spent a couple of days last week at our favorite beach to relax and unwind from all the daily stresses in life.
The sun was shining, the winds were calm and everyone there seemed to just soak it all in.
Local artists hide/place handblown glass float along the beaches here. If you find one, it’s yours to keep!
I’ve not been lucky so far, but my husband bought this beautiful heart I spotted at the shop.

So nice! I haven’t been out to the beach since I went to see the Iris. The garden has been keeping me so busy! And Happy.

    • Happy is good Christine! Our iris are just about to bloom and I am excited to be at home for this flower show this spring. I hope everyone is well! Give Rosalie a hug from me!! 🙋

  3. The whole collection is a beautiful and original approach to sun and sand and wind and waves. I trust that the glass floats enjoyed a change from the usual routine of adorning a Xmas tree for part of the winter and sleeping in storage otherwise.
