During the past few weeks, I’ve been spending a lot of time in my garden: weeding, planting, pruning, spreading new mulch and of course sitting on the deck in the evening. The rainy winter can be forgiven and forgotten since we have been rewarded with a most beautiful spring. The flowers have been simply gorgeous! I can’t wait for summer!
What’s growing and blooming in your garden?
Have a fun and relaxing weekend!

Lovely photos of your delightful garden. All my iris are gone now, but the yard is beginning to fill with lilies.

Hey LuAnne! I saw your iris post and they are absolutely gorgeous! My lilies are starting to bloom too. Gardening is such a meditative activity for me. I always feel so much better on the days I get outside, even if it’s only weeding. Enjoy your weekend! 😊

Tempts me to get out in the yard, but being usually disinclined, I think either: that I will need to think it over, or, sit on the swing and applaud you!

We did! It was quite busy with out-of-town visitors and grandkid dance programs. But that’s what makes it good!
