For just a moment
a minute or five
breathe in and delight
delicate cherry blossoms
flutter in the breeze.
For just a moment
a minute or five
breathe in and delight
it’s easy, it’s free
I promise that the world will wait for you.
Do you meditate?
Do you meditate in moments?
In motion?
Happy Spring!
Sabine
Stunning photos. I do meditate. Mostly in the garden or on my walks. Hope you are doing well with all this rain. Been working on the project from hell. Going blind trying to finish it. ;(

The rain has been perfect! Planted 15 new ferns yesterday and did a little more cleaning up in the yard in between rain showers. Don’t go blind Marlene! Take a break! 😉 Be well!

Utterly utterly beautiful. Beautiful words, and beautiful images. I am actually rather overwhelmed by your photos. Thank you for starting my week in this way!

Stunning photos, Sabine. My meditation usually happens when I’m walking in the park down the street. It’s a very meditative place. Have a great week!

Really unique photos, unfocused then focused. A type of meditation for all things. I think my meditation is physical activity, ideally in the garden. Like pulling weeds. And exploring whats there in the spring. The most amazing things show up in my garden beds, and I don’t know how they got there.

I look forward to seeing your garden this summer! Tomorrow I will plant the seeds you and Rosalie sent. Weeding is meditative! I’ve noticed that the love-in-a-mist seedlings are sprouting! They remind me of you guys and that makes me happy! 😊

Lovely poetry and photos. Sorry I was unable to stop by when in Portland. We were stuck in traffic at every turn! But we spent most of our time in Bend and even though the weather wasn’t great, we had a fabulous time with family. We will touch base next time I come to your area. I am now looking into Vancouver, WA!

Traffic here has gotten really awful! I’m glad you had a great time with your family despite the weather. We’ve checked into Vancouver but don’t like it. We will eventually moved to WA but we like the immediate Olympia area. It’s an interesting place we will continue to explore. I look forward to meeting you some day! 😊
