Happy Friday!, In my Garden, Musings, Nature, Photography, Uncategorized, Up Close & Personal ...

Meet Dingo, our “granddogter”!
One of our sons adopted her from a rescue organization nearly two years ago.
She’ a bit of a mutt, including German Shepard, possibly some Shar Pei
and a whole lot of lovable.

Like all happy dogs, Dingo loves to search for a stick to play fetch with …

… smell the flowers …

… nibble on grass …

… and of course my favorite …

… watching birds with me from the patio swing!
🙂

After all that excitement it’s time for a nap!
Happy Friday from me and a big “woof” from Dingo!
🙂

  1. Aww, Dingo is such a cute “granddogter” – you had told me about her in the past and I remember you said she was Shephard/Shar Pei mix and you would post pics of her one day. She looks like a fun companion to have around.

    • We had dogs for many years, Linda! We’d like to eventually get another one once we’re done going on longer trips. It’s hard for them to be left behind. We always felt awful when we came back and they’d be upset with us. So for now, having Dingo visit is perfect!

      • Yes pets take it personally. We had a parakeet at the time we’d go to Toronto for a long weekend to visit my grandmother. We left him extra tubes of water and food knowing he would not eat the food anyway, but still left it. There was no chaff in his seed dish or on the floor. We walk in the door and he’d start to eat but would ignore us for several days, often turning his back to us if someone went over to the cage to talk to him. Dingo will be spoiled when he comes to visit i’m sure.
