Iceland:
Volcanoes, spurting geysers, crystal-clear rivers, waterfalls, hot springs,
the Blue Lagoon, Aurora Borealis, Sigur Ros, Aisgeir, the Perlan,
the Harpa, Iceland Airwaves, Reykjavik Open Icelandic Chess Tournament,
“Black Death” liquor, fermented shark,
great mochas and waffles,
puffins, whales,
12 Tonar record store,
and
some of the friendliest, most open-minded people in the world!
Thank you Z.D. McGhee for letting me use your Chess Tournament photos! 🙂
Wonderful pictures! I knew nothing about Iceland except pictures of the Blue Lagoon until now.

Hi Marlene! I am positive that you would like it in Iceland. I bet they have great fabric shops too! Next time I’ll check on that for you! 😊

Oh! Don’t do it!! Don’t go in a fabric shop! You won’t ever be the same after! They do something to you in there and you are hypnotized into buying more than you can ever possibly use because it’s so beautiful! Consider this a WARNING!!! Do not enter at your own risk. :)) Have a great, wonderfilled weekend. Hugs. 🙂

🙂🙃🙂! Checked out a small fabric store today! And of course thought of you! You would have liked it! They even had tiny wooden butterfly buttons! 💖

Awww! Wouldn’t it be nice if you could shop a store virtually? Then we could shop anywhere in the world. Oh, dear. That could be fatal.

Yes! It would be nice! Until that becomes reality, we’ll have to shop the old-fashioned way! 😉
