Thanks Terri! This is one of my favorite beaches in the world! I always come home relaxed. 😊

Loved the video. It inspired a one-minute “meditation”. 🙂 I’m glad you captured the two people walking. I certainly gave the me a new perspective when I could see how small they were, how vast the beach was. Great way to start my morning. Thanks for sharing.

Glad I could be of help with the meditation! This is one of my favorite beaches, and it is almost always empty like this. 😊

You tagged it on the Oregon coast. Which beach is it? I go to Washington from time to time to visit family. Maybe we could stop by on one of the trips. In fact Oregon is the state I am most interested in moving to (if I ever move) now that we are retired and all our kids moved away from Michigan where we live.

The beach is in Lincoln City! It’s roughly west of Salem and about 2 hours from Portland. Another great beach in Washington is the Long Beach Peninsula. The beach spans along the entire length, along with the Discovery Trail. It winds along the dunes, through wetlands and forests. Much of it is flat and paved, perfect for bicycles. My only complaint is that people are allowed to drive vehicles on the sand. And that I just can’t understand! I need sand between my toes! 😉
Oregon is a special place, and I don’t think I’ll ever leave!

I never get tired of the sound of the waves! It lulls me to sleep and wakes me in the morning when I am there! 😊
