Ha ha – yoga for squirrels. My neighbor used to have a gazebo and had every type of bird feeder hanging on the black wrought iron railings. At any given time, I could look across the yard and see a squirrel in a pose similar to this or calisthenics to stretch from back feet planted on the deck railing and front paws digging around in one of those feeders. π
I couldn’t help but think of you when I noticed the squirrel hanging upside-down! They are quite the acrobats! And yes, they eventually figure out how to get up onto the even best defended bird feeders as you know. π
Their antics make you smileπ Happy 4th of July!
