Spring has sprung where I live! The garden is beginning to awake from hibernation. We’ve had some sunshine, some rain showers, and even a day of 72° sunshine!
I stopped everything that afternoon and went outside to bask in the warmth of the sun.
These bright forsythias are one of the first flowers to bloom here in spring.
Which flowers announce spring where you live?
How lovely Sabine 🙂

Thanks Ali! I’m always amazed how a tiny droplet of rain can show off in the sun!

So bright! Reminds me I need more early blooming shrubs, trees in my garden. I will ck the nursery forsythia. We are getting spring here in So Co. also. and (yeah!) rain. P.S. your close-ups are really good!

Hey Christine, I’d give you some slips, but I can’t bring plants into California. I hope all is well with everybody! 🙋

Yes, pure sunshine is right. Especially on a gray day! Enjoy your weekend, Missy!
